It was nice to meet more colleagues from Rabobank. It was nice to hear other opinions from other people and learn some personal things about them.

Presentation
What part of the Onboarding did you value to most?
The presentation of Frederique was great! It is nice Rabobank gives the opportunity to meet other new employees. I experienced the variation between the general presentation and break-out rooms good as well. I think the questions in the Digital Onboarding Session fit with the general impression I got from Rabobank.

Wat vond je echt top?
Het voorbereidingstraject en de werkvormen waren erg leuk. Ook goed georganiseerd, lekkere lunch, koffie en veel enthousiasme. Ook strak gepland timemanagement.

What part of the Onboarding did you value to most?
The enthusiastic presenters and the small breakout rooms with random colleagues from other departments and that this was guided by the super host.

Meeting my new colleagues, I really liked Freddy (connecting the history, now and future), the way we were put in a smaller group (nice new tool to choose between pictures / motivations and form a group on that basis: we could use that all around Rabo when larger groups meet!)
