Really well organized
What part of the Onboarding did you value to most?
It was really well organized with the break out sessions and also good that the break out session included a team leader. Nice background of Rabobank next to the strategy, values etc. Good variety in the topics.

Connecting with my coworkers on a global level, over a mutually shared characteristic. In my case, being a "doer". We were able to discuss topics together and hear different perspectives about different topics.

I really enjoyed the guided, written reflection (i.e., experience, grow, contribute), which almost felt like a meditation. I thought the process elicited thoughtful responses from everyone.
