What did you like best?
It was lovely to feel included and for people to feel like their ideas & thoughts were heard & valid. It also opened my eyes up to the endless possibilities of progression and the importance of the many different job roles.

Greatly animated
What did you like best?
The first day was greatly animated, i liked the ludic game side and changing teams got us to meet even more of our colleagues and having the CEO there was the cherry on top, it makes us feel appreciated. The session with the chef was really cool.

Perfect time planning
What part of the Onboarding did you value to most?
The whole program because it was so diverse with different elements (important to stay focussed), a group leader for the breakout sessions and the perfect time planning.

All over the world
What part of the Onboarding did you value to most?
I appreciated being able to really grasp the scope of Rabobank's global footprint and our history while interacting with colleagues all over the world in various positions. The breakout rooms were nice to also get to network and interact.

Persoonlijke kaart
Wat vond je echt top?
Dat iedereen een persoonlijke kaart krijgt met daarop zijn/haar interesses. Dat maakt het gesprek meteen makkelijker met je nieuwe collega’s. Daarnaast vond ik de foto-opdracht een leuke afwisseling.

What did you like best?
The fact that 6 speakers showed up to talk about the company gave me a great sense of commitment. Especially if one of those speakers is the CEO.

I valued that each group was able to contribute actively in the breakout sessions and that we were placed in groups that share the same types of personal likings qualifications. that was very good for the dynamics.

The interaction with other colleagues from around the world and the perspective they bring. It showed me that Rabobank is so much more than the Utrecht office and its culture.

Wat vond je echt top?
Het kennismaken met andere collega's is een hele goede zet. Zo leer je meer van je collega's wat in de toekomst weer kan helpen. Daarnaast vond ik de informatiemarkt heel interessant om te kijken welke diensten er allemaal worden aangeboden.
